Entry Level Concrete Laborer

STRUCTURAL, a Structural Technologies Company, is looking for entry level concrete laborers to join our St. Petersburg, FL team - no previous experience necessary! Our ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire for growth in the construction field. Construction duties include: Concrete repair Concrete demolition Concrete placement and finishing Waterproofing Formwork / carpentry Rebar replacement Caulking Expansion joints Coating application Carbon Fiber installation Job Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to get to/from jobsites throughout the Tampa Bay area Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Must be safety - oriented in all situations and environments Must be team focused and goal oriented Must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests Ideally, he/she would have a general understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials Comfortable working on elevated heights, as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems Comfortable working on or around the water Willingness to travel to out of town projects when necessary Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus Candidates have the potential to earn between $19-$23 per hour and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more! * $300 Signing Bonus - $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment * About us: STRUCTURAL offers a wide range of specialty repair and maintenance services and is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with over 1,000 employees working from locations nationwide and in select international markets.
