Your Role Responsibilities As a Francophone Customer Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our French-speaking customers while collaborating with a global team. Your responsibilities include: • Customer Support: Assist customers via email, chat, and phone in French and English. • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve product, order, and account-related concerns. • Customer Experience: Deliver high-quality, empathetic, and solution-oriented support. • Documentation: Accurately log interactions and updates using CRM tools like Zendesk or Salesforce. What We’re Looking For • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1/C2) and proficient in English. • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in customer service (BPO, call center, or SaaS is a plus). • Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating CRM systems and digital tools. • Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. • Work Ethic: Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote setup. Work-From-Home Requirements • Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download). • Reliable computer (Intel i5 or equivalent minimum). • Quiet and professional workspace. • Headset with a clear microphone.
