Location: Cairo- Zahraa El Maadi Job Responsibilities: Acts as a first point of contact with Customers to support in any inquiriesManage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow communication “scripts” when handling different topicsIdentify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products when they ariseBuild sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mileKeep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible wayFrequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Qualifications : Good Communication SkillsExcellent Command of the English language Strong Commitment and DedicationAge: Maximum 30 yearsOnly graduated with Bachelor DegreeAccounts to be hired: Consumer, Corporate Account and Internet Call Center (Technical Account) It is also a Plus if you have:-Previous Experience in Customer Care -Previous Experience in Mobile Internet and/ or ADSL support. -CCNA certification
