Key responsibilities include answering product questions, processing orders, managing complaints with empathy, and maintaining accurate records to ensure high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities & Duties Customer Support: Handle inbound inquiries, complaints, and requests via telephone, email, or chat. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot, identify solutions, and resolve product or service issues. Order Processing: Manage orders, billing inquiries, account updates, or cancellations. Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken. Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information. Collaboration: Work with other departments (sales, technical support) to resolve complex issues. Follow-up: Contact customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
