Organizations such, as the World Wildlife Fund and the African Wildlife Foundation have been dedicated to fighting poaching and safeguarding elephants for a period of time by collaborating closely with local governments and communities to enhance law enforcement, against poaching activities and reinforce protected areas while also promoting awareness on the significance of elephant conservation efforts.
Conservationists are not focusing on stopping poaching. Also tackling the underlying reasons, behind it like poverty and the absence of viable job options for local residents in their efforts to save elephants from harm and extinction, in Africas ecosystem and economy by offering long term economic prospects and spreading awareness about the significance of elephants while advocating for eco friendly tourism as a means of livelihood.
